Use of CampuSMS

CampuSMS is a text messaging service, providing users the ability to send and receive requested event alerts, advertisements and company related text messages on their cell phones.

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the CampuSMS service. These terms must be accepted in order to use the services of CampuSMS.

By completing the registration process and clicking the Submit button, the user agrees that the user is at least 18 years of age and has read, understood and accepted the terms of use of CampuSMS.

User registration, password, and security

During the registration process, User agrees to:

1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about user and user organization, if applicable, as prompted by the forms;
2. To maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete;
3. Notify CampuSMS immediately of any unauthorized use of a user account or any other breach of security;

If any information provided by the user during the registration process is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CampuSMS has the right to terminate the user account immediately and block any future access to the services.

Privacy policy

CampuSMS's policy respects he privacy of end users of our services. CampuSMS will not share, sell or distribute user information to any third party in any form. Users agree that CampuSMS may disclose any information if necessary to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests; protect its system; the company; its customers or any third parties.

User conduct

User agrees to abide by this Terms of Use and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, in addition to all CampuSMS policies.

Termination

Any misuse of the service or breach of the Terms of Use may result in the immediate termination of user account and any future access to this service.

Resale of service

The user agrees not to resell or assign user rights or access to any services offered by CampuSMS. In addition, the user will not allow any other party to use or have unauthorized access to the service.

Compensation

By using the services of CampuSMS, the user agrees to defend and hold harmless CampuSMS and its officers and employees from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) asserted by any third party resulting from the use, access or communication through CampuSMS services.

Modifications to Terms of Use

CampuSMS may change the Terms of Use at any time without notifying the user. CampuSMS reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services temporarily or permanently without notifying the user. CampuSMS will not be liable for any losses that result from changes or discontinuation of its services.

Proprietary rights:

User agrees that all content, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, video, page layout and design or other material displayed by our services is protected by CampuSMS copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. User hereby agrees not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, or distribute in any way content available through the service.

Disclaimer and warranties

CampuSMS reserves the right to withold text messages that we deem inappropriate. CampuSMS is also not responsible or liable for any charges incurred by the user or any damage to a user's device in using the services of CampuSMS. The user uses the services of CampuSMS at their own risk.
